Player Suggestions implemented!

During play testing someone suggested reworking the restart system to push back the penguin instead of going to the last restore point. After several attempts I now have something that mostly does just that. Due to this change the drivable section of the track has shrunk. If you want I could do a color change to make the section more clear. There are specific cases where it doesn't work but its not likely to happened unless your looking for it. I attached an screenshot from Blender so you have an idea of how much it shrunk.

In other news Track 1 is subject to being replaced. As it stands there is a growing amount of code that does stuff just for the track specifically.
