Zap In, Click On: New Item, New Power!

Balancing is now a work in progress. Last update something wasn't right when I couldn't get first place. Upon investigating the speed boost item was broken if your already at top speed. The issue is now resolved.  Zap - decreases the speed limits of all other racers has been added for specifically for Track 2.  There has been times when I wanted to use an item out of order and now I can use it by clicking on the picture.
