Missile Incoming! Another item is here!

It took long enough but it is finally here a homing missile. With it curvy tracks now have an weapon with using.  Now depending on the difficulty speed boosts are given out at the start (you can still get more if your not in first place). I added in particle effects when going at the non speed boost max speed. Maybe it feels like your traveling faster now?
